It is a great honour to be named Photographer of the Year in the Conceptual category at the 1839 Awards, a prestigious competition based in New York with a jury composed of internationally renowned professionals including editors from Vanity Fair, curators from the University of Zurich and many others who value photography as a true art form.
From the very beginning my purpose has been simple: to share my creativity with the world, to convey through photography emotions, ideas and stories that often cannot be expressed in words.
The conceptual category has given me the opportunity to unfold my talent and creativity in unique ways and fortunately this approach has been recognised by many competitions over the years, culminating in this special award.

God has blessed us all with different talents and I have always seen photography as my way of giving something of myself, to inspire and to share a different perspective on the world.
I am also happy that as an Albanian I have had the opportunity to contribute to the international art scene and to represent Albania wherever I have participated.
